Our Practice
Douglas Law Offices, P.C. is a boutique construction law firm dedicated to providing
effective, efficient, legal services in construction and real estate related matters.
Professional services range from legal advocacy and representation in the dispute
resolution process including litigation, arbitration and mediation, to general counsel
and document preparation.
We practice across the entire State of Michigan. While our practice finds itself
primarily in Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Livingston, Washtenaw and Genesee
counties, we have practiced as far north as Roscommon County and represented out
